Family Fun Day at the Park

We of course, attended the annual Family Fun Day at the park. We went early enough to watch the city parade as well. We had a great time! We enjoy looking at all the creative ideas put into the floats and listening to all the bands play. The boys, of course primarily enjoy the parade for the free handouts of candy! What more is there to life at this age, right.....candy and the park. We had fun playing on all the inflatables that they set up. This was all on a Saturday morning.

Then, later that evening we went over to my mom's house to hang out a little bit and play baseball with all the cousins on my side. It's fun to watch Grandma and Grandpa join in too! I don't remember a ton of that as a kid. We stayed over late to watch their city's firework show that evening! I love summer and staying out late and enjoying being outdoors! Love the warm.....hate the cold!
