Yes, yes, I'm still behind! This was finally the year for our family......we made it to the the "Round-Up Rodeo" for the first time and it was fun! I think we'll be making this a new tradition for our family! We had a great time (except for Scott). We had to leave Scoots home with a sitter. When you go to the rodeo, you're sitting in bleachers and I know he wouldn't have sat still. So, fighting him would've made for a not so fun filled evening and we opted for the sitter. Next year's your year Scott! We got to watch some barrel racing competitions, and so hog-tying (only they were calves, not sure of the technical term), then of course....the bull riding! There was an extra treat of having the
Canadian Motocross stuntsmen there too! The kids were in awe of all the motorcycle tricks! Our family went along with some of my side of the family....even my grandma, Gee!The rodeo clown wasn't very funny, but what made me laugh really, was the fact that he tried to make a lot of jokes with innuendo behind it, and it doesn't fly in a predominately conservative Mormon audiance. Now that....was funny. We had a good time!
