Well, I apologize for my last venting session(OK well maybe just the fact that I subjected you all to reading my rantings).....back to Christmas! (I have to admit though that it is still floating in the back of my mind). We had our annual ward Christma
s party. This year was a little different though; instead of a grandiose dinner with all the trimmings, we had a grandiose breakfast with every sort of egg and potato dish you could imagine, available! It was yummmy! (For those of you not familiar with what a "ward" is, it's the group of people that live within certain borders that attend church w
ith us.) The kids had a great time. Some of the children in the primary played instruments and our sons, along with the primary, sang for us too! It was fun! They got to see Santa.......again! How lucky is that?? We had a great time - thanks to everyone who worked so hard to pull it off! Then there was, of course our annual ride on the trolley and see the lights at Thanksgiving Point with my side of the family. That was fun too! The boys really look forward to riding the trolley and
Christmas caroling! This is the first year I can remember, that Kenna's family was all able to join us, thus it was the first year that caroling was professionally directed! It was another cold snowy night and afterward we had hot chocolate! Thanks Mom & Dad for spoiling us!

Sounds like you've done a lot of fun things for the Christmas season. I've tried to do some things for the kids, but with moving just 2 weeks before it's been a bit more difficult. We did get the tree up and decorated sugar cookies so that's something. Have a very Merry Christmas! -Kirsten
Dang.. we forgot about the ward Christmas party. BUT Scott did get tickets for American Fork Idol for Desert Star for the 4 of us. So mark your calendar for April 23rd at 7:00 pm.
